My Favorite Podcasts

If your days are anything like mine, it’s hard to find time for self development. One of the ways I find time to work on personal development is to listen to Podcasts. I listen to them while I walk my dog, drive in my car, make dinner and any other routine task. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the right Podcast. Here is a list of my current favorites:

Limitless with Alex Theis

Alex Theis offers practical advice through stories, experience and proven strategies for personal growth. One of my favorite things about this podcast is that the episodes are short and offer real advice that you can apply to your life immediately. He currently has over 400 episodes. I started at the beginning and am somewhere around episodes 50. Alex also has a book entitled: “Stop Pitching and Start Connecting: Social Media Strategies for Network Marketing and Direct Sales.” that looks good. Just downloaded a sample on my Kindle. I’ll let you know my thoughts after I’ve had the chance to read it.

Good Morning with JB Glossinger

JB Glossinger is certainly full of energy so make sure to have your coffee before you listen to him. He has almost 3000 episodes that cover everything from Creative Finance to the Importance of an Open Mind. Again, the episodes are short and sweet. JB has a website called Morning Coach, with a blog, coaching information, speaking events and more.

Soulful PR with Janet Murray

If you are looking for ways to get publicity for your business or your client’s business, this is a great Podcast. Full of great advice such as Four Things You Should Do Every Day to Promote Your Business and How to Build an Audience Online, this Podcast will help you no matter what your business is. Janet is from England, so listening to her beautiful English accent makes this Podcast even better!

The Productivity Show by Asian Efficiency

This show is chalked full of great advice to increase your productivity. Episodes cover topics such as 5 Tips to Master Your Calendar, Why Mindmapping is Better than Outlining and 10 Tips to Beat Procrastination. The Asian Efficiency website also has very good resources to help you become more productive. They even have a Productivity Quiz to give you an idea of how productive you currently are.

I hope you enjoy listening to some or all of these Podcasts. Let me know how you like them. If you have any favorite Podcasts, please share them in the comment section. Enjoy your day!
